XCOM Network Solutions, Inc., is a for-profit corporation formed in Florida to serve the computer and network needs of small to midsize businesses, engineers, law offices, and doctor offices.

Company Goals

Our goals are to provide competent, low-priced, and timely computer network solutions to home users and small business owners.

All of our engineers study major software applications during their beta testing stages and after release.  XCOM focuses on Microsoft technologies, but we do study other software applications, too.

We take some action toward resolving all calls for assistance within one-hour. 

We offer 24 hour support 7 days a week.  And, our rates do not change, no matter what time we respond to your call for help.  Moreover, if you have used our services before, and we can walk you through your issue on the phone, we will not charge you for our time.  It is our way of rewarding your loyalty to our company.

Emergencies

When you call us with an emergency, we respond immediately, whether your call is at 9am or 2am.  We deem any issue that impedes productivity as an emergency.

Rates

Because XCOM focuses exclusively on home users and small businesses, we have setup a rate schedule that is 15 to 25% below the industry standard for most of the services we perform.  Our rates are competitive because we are a small business that believes in supporting other small businesses competing against corporate juggernauts.
